摘  要:以建立道路网络的抗震韧性评价方法为研究目标,以图论理论和韧性城乡理念为基础,研究道路网络抗震韧性影响因素及其定量计算方法,确定各因素之间的逻辑关系并综合建立道路网络抗震韧性评价方法。该方法可实现既有网络、重建网络和新建网络的抗震韧性计算,以此提出网络的优化、改造、布置等方案。网络抗震韧性评价分为节点和路径两个层次。节点间不共享任一链路的独立路径性能是网络抗震韧性的关键。整体网络的抗震韧性表示为节点重要度与从本节点出发到网络中其他节点间可靠独立路径平均数量的乘积之和。道路网络抗震韧性的计算通过开发MATLAB程序实现。使用所建立的抗震韧性评价方法和程序对重庆市渝北区主干道路网络进行计算,提出韧性提升策略。The research objective is to establish an aseismic performance evaluation for the road network.Based on graph theory and resilience urban-rural concept,influencing factors of aseismic resilience for the road network and their quantitative calculation methods are researched.Logical relationships between the factors are determined,and the aseismic resilience evaluation method is comprehensively established.The aseismic performance of the network is divided into two levels,including node and pathway.The independent pathway's performance that does not share any link between nodes is the key to aseismic network resilience.Aseismic resilience of the overall network is expressed as the product sum of the node importance and the average number of reliable,independent pathways starting from this node to other nodes in the network.Calculation of aseismic resilience for the road network is realized by developing the MATLAB program.Aseismic resilience of the main road network of Yubei District in Chongqing is calculated using the established calculation method and program,and strategies of improving resilience are proposed.
