摘 要:为了减小水射流增压缸柱塞往复运动过程中的摩擦损耗,选用唇边开有锯齿槽的L形滑环和O形圈组合作为缸内密封件,并利用ANSYS软件建立组合密封件二维轴对称有限元模型,采用流体压力渗透法模拟增压缸内进、出水压力,对组合密封件中滑环槽口宽度、唇边厚度、唇边宽度进行单因素和多因素离散元仿真试验,分析其对密封件摩擦力的影响,并对滑环结构尺寸进行优化。结果表明,在滑环唇边开锯齿槽能够有效减小柱塞受到的摩擦阻力,滑环的槽口宽度、唇边厚度、唇边宽度均会影响柱塞与滑环之间的摩擦力大小;当滑环槽口宽度为0.92 mm、唇边厚度为1.10 mm、唇边宽度为4.60 mm时,柱塞与滑环之间的总摩擦力比优化前减小6.25%。In order to reduce friction loss during the reciprocating movement of the plunger of the water jet pressurized cylinder,a combination of an L-shaped slip ring with a serrated groove on the lip and an O-ring was selected as the cylinder seal,and the two-dimensional axisymmetric finite element model of the combination seal was established by using ANSYS software.The fluid pressure infiltration method was used to simulate the inlet and the outlet pressures in the pressurized cylinder.The single-factor and multi-factor discrete element simulation tests were conducted on the groove width,lip thickness,and lip width of slip ring in the seal,the influence on the friction force of the seal was analyzed,and the structural size of the slip ring were optimized.The results show that opening a serrated groove on the lip of the slip ring can effectively reduce the frictional resistance of the plunger.The width of the slip ring groove,the lip thickness,and the lip width will all affect the friction between the plunger and the slip ring.When the ring groove width is 0.92 mm,the lip thickness is 1.10 mm,and the lip width is 4.60 mm,the total friction between the plunger and the slip ring is reduced by 6.25%than before optimization.
