摘　　要：解决智慧城市建设发展中遇到的诸多问题,提出新的智慧社区建设思路,提升城市治理与运行能力、打破城市发展困境。[方法/过程]从信息系统基本概念着手,寻找智慧社区大数据赋能的关键驱动因素,用三元世界理论在城市空间的映射,将城市空间认知解构为物理空间、社会空间和信息空间,以人在社区活动过程中产生的大数据资源为基础,将居民用户画像的理念映射到社区治理过程中,提出居民用户画像的构建路径,构建智慧社区信息系统模型。借助居民用户画像,能够全方位关联社区智慧设施,以智慧数据辅助城市治理、运行、发展,实现数字孪生城市建设落地。Solve many problems encountered in the construction and development of smart city,put forward new ideas of smart community construction,improve the ability of urban governance and operation,and break the dilemma of urban development.[Method/process]from the basic concept of information system,find the key drivers of intelligent community big data empowerment,with ternary world theory in urban space mapping,urban space cognition into physical space,social space and information space,on the big data resources generated in the process of community activities,the concept of resident user portrait into the process of community governance,put forward the construction path of resident user portrait,build the intelligent community information system model.With the help of residents'user portraits,we can connect community smart facilities in an all-round way,assist urban governance,operation and development with smart data,and realize the construction of digital twin city.
