黄芩漱口液预防SLE活动期患者口腔真菌感染的效果评价及其对口腔酸碱平衡的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究黄芩漱口液预防系统性红斑狼疮(Systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)活动期患者口腔真菌感染的效果评价及其对口腔酸碱平衡的影响。方法:选用2018年6月至2019年10月期间本院我科收治的91例SLE活动期患者作为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组(n=45)和观察组(n=46)。对照组使用2.5%碳酸氢钠漱口,观察组使用黄芩漱口液漱口,对比两组患者感染情况、真菌培养转阴率及口腔酸碱平衡状态。结果:治疗后,观察组真菌感染发生率、口腔黏膜白斑发生率和溃疡发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),而观察组真菌培养转阴率和口腔pH值均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:黄芩漱口液预防SLE活动期患者有明显疗效,能够有效调节口腔酸碱平衡状态,抑制口腔真菌感染,促进溃疡愈合,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Huangqin gargle on prevention of oral fungal infection in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE)and its effect on oral acid-base balance.Methods:A total of 91 patients with active SLE admitted to our department from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the study subjects,and randomly divided into control group(n=45)and observation group(n=46).The control group was rinsed with 2.5%sodium bicarbonate and the observation group was rinsed with Huangqin gargle.The infection,negative rate of fungal culture and oral acid-base balance were compared between these two groups.Results:After treatment,the incidence of fungal infection,leukoplakia and ulcer in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),while the negative conversion rate of fungus culture and the PH value in observation group were higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqin gargle is effective in preventing active SLE patients.It can effectively regulate oral acid-base balance,inhibit oral fungal infection and promote ulcer healing.It is worthy of clinical application.
