摘　　要：当前以“影响因子”为主导的人文社科期刊评价,在评价主体、评价目的、评价方法、评价体系、评价结果等方面均呈现出自身的特点,与此同时,该评价体系本身也存在重数量轻质量、重局部轻整体、重结果轻导向、重纸刊轻数字等问题,科研评价和期刊评价中对其异化使用.更是带来种种负面效应。本文拟在分析其现状与特点以及存在问题的基础.上,提出相应的对策建议,以期为构建更加科学合理的具有中国特色的人文社科期刊评价提供借鉴和参考。At present,the evaluation of Humanities and social sciences journals dominated by“influence factors”shows its own characteristics in terms of evaluation subject,evaluation purpose,evaluation method,evaluation system and evaluation results.At the same time,the evaluation system itself also has some problems,such as emphasizing quantity over quality,emphasizing part over whole,emphasizing results over guidance,emphasizing paper journals over digitization,etc.The alienated use of it in scientific research evaluation and periodical evaluation has brought various negative effects.Based on the analysis of its current situation,characteristics and existing problems,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,in order to provide some references for the construction of a more scientific and reasonable evaluation of Humanities and social sciences journals with Chinese characteristics.
