摘  要:为解决大型构件采用滑移方式移动存在的移动设备结构复杂、操作繁琐、轴线偏差控制难度大、施工效率低、运行成本较高等问题,依托深中通道钢壳混凝土沉管预制项目,研制出一套轮轨式台车移动系统。从总体设计、轮径选择、结构承载力复核、顶板设计和驱动设计等方面对轮轨式台车移动系统进行详细分析,开展现场试验,并进行效率及经济分析对比。实践证明,轮轨式台车移动系统移动工效高、同步性高,且轴线偏差控制满足规范和设计使用要求,可保证8万t级超大型构件移动过程安全高效。Multiple problems will be encountered when the slip mode is adopted in the moving system of a large component.These problems include complex structure,fussy operation,difficult axis deviation control,low construction efficiency,and high operation cost.A moving system with a wheel-rail trolley is designed and developed herein for a steel-shell concrete-immersed tube prefabrication project in the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link.A detailed analysis on this moving system is conducted from the aspects of the overall design,wheel diameter selection,bearing capacity review,roof design,and drive system design.A field test and a comparison of the construction efficiency and the economic benefits are conducted.The practical results show that the moving system with a wheel-rail trolley has high construction efficiency and synchronization.Its axis deviation control also meets relevant specifications and design requirements,ensuring that ultra-large components with a weight exceeding 80000 tons can be moved safely and efficiently.
