“六位一体”推进高校基层党支部标准化规范化建设

摘　　要：高校基层党支部是发挥高校党组织作用的战斗堡垒,党支部建设成效直接影响到党的路线方针政策在高校的实施。以党建“六个引领”为抓手和基础,以高校基层党支部标准化、规范化建设为目标,提出了“六位一体”推进高校基层党支部标准化、规范化建设的思路和方法,从思想引领、作风引领、素质引领、目标引领、方法引领和典型引领方面给出了具体的实施方式和措施。经过教育部全国党建工作样板支部建设单位---烟台职业学院电气工程系教师党支部的实践和验证,效果良好,为高校基层党支部标准化规范化建设提供了工作思路和实践指导。Party branches in colleges are fortresses of the Party to play its organizing role.The quality of the party branch construction directly affects the implementation of the Party′s guidelines and policies.Based on the“leadership in six respects”initiative of Party construction,in order to construct Party branches in colleges in a standardized fashion,this paper proposes an approach of the integration of the six leadership dimensions to promote the standardization of the Party branch construction,which provides specific implementing measures in the leadership of ideology,moral integrity,quality,goal-setting,approaches and models.This approach has been put into practice and has produced positive outcomes by the teachers′Party Branch of the Electrical Engineering Department of Yantai Vocational College,which has been selected as a model of the Party branch construction by the National Education Ministry.Therefore,it can provide ideas and guidance for the standardized construction of the Party branches in colleges.
