摘  要:将不同相对分子质量的氧化多糖(OP)同Al-Zr(AZ)鞣剂进行配位,制备了OP-AZ鞣剂,并研究了OP-AZ鞣剂的鞣制性能。不同相对分子质量的多糖在相同的氧化条件下制备了羧基含量相近(5.7 mmol/g左右)但相对分子质量各异的OP。实验发现,相对分子质量适中的OP2(Mw 3135)可以赋予AZ良好的耐碱稳定性(沉淀pH高于4.0),确保OP2-AZ能均匀渗透入浸酸裸皮并稳定的固定在胶原纤维中,使得鞣革收缩温度达到83.4℃,且坯革各项物理性能最优。相对分子质量过高的OP1(Mw 37363)不利于配合物在皮中的渗透,而相对分子质量过低的OP3(Mw 568)和乳酸(相对分子质量90)不利于配合物与皮胶原的交联结合。因此,选择适宜相对分子质量的配体才能有效地提升AZ鞣剂的鞣制性能。In this paper,oxidized polysaccharides(OP)with different relative molecular weight were coordinated with Al-Zr tanning agent(AZ)to prepare OP-AZ tanning agents,and the tanning performance of complex tanning agents were investigated.The effect of relative molecular weight of oxidized polysaccharide(OP)on tanning performance of OP-Al-Zr complex tanning agents(OP-AZ)was investigated.The OPs with similar carboxyl group content(about 5.7 mmol/g)but different relative molecular weight were prepared using polysaccharides with different relative molecular weight under same oxidation conditions.Experiments demonstrated that the OP2 with a moderate relative molecular weight(Mw 3135)endowed AZ with good alkali resistance(precipitation pH higher than 4.0)and ensured that OP2-AZ can uniformly penetrate into pickled pelt and be fixed stably in collagen fibers,so that the shrinkage temperature of tanned leather reached 83.4℃,resulting in better physical properties of crust leather.OP1 with a high relative molecular weight(Mw 37363)hindered the penetration of complexes in pelt,while OP3(Mw 568)and lactic acid(relative molecular weight 90)with low relative molecular weight were not conducive to the cross-linking of the complexes in collagen fibers.Therefore,the appropriate relative molecular weight of ligand is very important in improving tanning performance of AZ tanning agents.
