胡桃楸组织培养中不同处理方式对不定芽形成的影响

摘　　要：以胡桃楸的成熟合子胚为外植体,采用不同消毒方式和培养方式进行组织培养研究,分析了污染率和愈伤组织诱导率。结果表明:紫外线直射15 min灭菌效果最好,污染率及褐化率均最低,分别为15.82%和22.93%;暗培养时间长利于愈伤组织的诱导,以15 d左右为佳。Taking mature zygotic embryos of Juglans mandshurica as explants,using different disinfection methods and culture methods for tissue culture research,and the pollution rate and induction of callus were analyzed.Result shows that the sterilization effect of direct ultraviolet radiation for 15 minutes is the optimal,and the pollution rate and browning rate are the lowest,which are 15.82%&22.93%;the dark culture time is optimal for the induction of callus,preferably around 15 d.
