实施“一村多名大学生计划”,助力乡村振兴的探索——以十堰市为例

摘　　要：农村人才是乡村振兴不可或缺的要素,为农村培养留得住、用得上的人才对乡村振兴有着十分重要的意义。十堰市实施“一村多名大学生计划”为培养农村人才尽管卓有成效,但也存在一些亟待解决的问题。该文通过实证的方法探讨“一村多名大学生计划”在十堰市实施现状及存在问题,并在此基础上提出对策和建议:第一要增设该计划专业设置,满足农村大学生的不同需要;第二要扩大该计划招生数量和范围,落实该计划不能漏掉任何一个乡村;第三要加快该计划实践基地建设;第四要加快出台该计划的大学生毕业后配套扶持政策,该计划不能停留在“精选”和“精教”上,关键在于“精用”。Rural talents are an indispensable element of rural revitalization,and it is of great significance to cultivate talents who can be retained and used for rural revitalization.Despite the effective implementation of the“Multiple College Students Plan in One Village”to train rural talents,some urgent problems still remain unsolved.This paper discusses the current situation and existing problems of the“Multiple College Students Plan in One Village”in Shiyan City,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions:Firstly,more majors should be added to meet the different needs of rural college students;Secondly,the number and scope of enrollment in the plan should be expanded,leaving no village unattended;Thirdly,the construction of the practice bases should be accelerated;Fourthly,supporting policies for college students after graduation should be introduced.The plan should focus on not only picking up and educating the talents,but also offering opportunities for them to fully develop their potentials.
