血必净注射液在烧伤脓毒症治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究血必净注射液治疗烧伤脓毒症的临床效果。方法100例烧伤脓毒症患者为研究对象,随机分成实验组和参照组,每组50例。参照组进行常规治疗,实验组在参照组治疗基础上行血必净注射液治疗。对比两组炎性因子水平、并发症发生情况及临床疗效。结果实验组治疗总有效率92.0%显著高于参照组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组并发症发生率2.0%显著低于参照组的16.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)(0.19±0.05)μg/L、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)(208.8±23.1)ng/L、C反应蛋白(CRP)(11.9±1.5)mg/L均低于参照组的(0.25±0.06)μg/L、(224.9±22.6)ng/L、(16.5±1.6)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净注射液相比西医常规治疗烧伤脓毒症更加可行,能够促进脓毒症恢复,降低并发症发生率,改善预后,推荐临床使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Xuebijing injection in the treatment of burn sepsis.Methods A total of 100 patients with burn sepsis as study subject were randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 50 cases in each group.The reference group was treated conventionally,and the experimental group was treated with Xuebijing injection on the basis of the treatment of the reference group.The levels of inflammatory factors,occurrence of complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 92.0%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 60.0%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rates was 2.0%in the experimental group,which was significantly lower than 16.0%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(0.19±0.05)μg/L,interleukin-6(IL-6)(208.8±23.1)ng/L,and C-reactive protein(CRP)(11.9±1.5)mg/L in the experimental group were lower than(0.25±0.06)μg/L,(224.9±22.6)ng/L and(16.5±1.6)mg/L in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuebijing injection is more feasible than western medicine in treating burn sepsis,which can promote the recovery of sepsis,reduce the complication rates and improve prognosis,and it is recommended to be used in clinic.
