摘 要:目的分析快速血清学检验与微生物快速培养检测对小儿肺炎支原体感染的诊断价值。方法98例疑似小儿肺炎支原体感染患儿,均接受快速血清学检验与微生物快速培养检测。以支原体培养阳性作为诊断金标准,比较两种检验方法的诊断准确率、敏感度及特异度。结果微生物快速培养检测诊断准确率93.88%、敏感度96.43%及特异度78.57%均高于快速血清学检验的80.61%、88.10%、35.71%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生物快速培养检测对小儿肺炎支原体感染的诊断价值更高,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the value of rapid serological test and rapid microbial culture detection in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods There were 98 children with suspected Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection,and all patients received rapid serological test and rapid culture of microorganism detection.Using positive mycoplasma culture as the gold standard for diagnosis,the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of the two tests were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy 93.88%,sensitivity 96.43%and specificity 78.57%of rapid microbial culture detection were higher than 80.61%,88.10%and 35.71%of the rapid serological test,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid microbial culture detection is of high value in the diagnosis of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
