摘 要:目的探讨血液检验用于贫血鉴别诊断中的效果及作用。方法600例贫血患者,根据贫血类型分为实验1组(300例缺铁性贫血)与实验2组(300例地中海贫血),另选取同期健康体检者300例为对照组。三组均开展血液检验,对比血液检测指标。结果实验1组红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、红细胞平均血红蛋白量(MCH)、红细胞(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、红细胞与平均红细胞蛋白含量比值(RBC/MVCV)、红细胞平均体积(MCV)分别为(22.18±1.38)%、(19.85±2.74)pg、(5.28±0.55)×10^(9)/L、(85.46±9.96)g/L、(3.55±1.25)、(74.35±6.88)fl,实验2组分别为(17.35±2.66)%、(7.57±1.43)pg、(6.37±0.56)×10^(9)/L、(102.28±12.36)g/L、(7.79±1.66)、(72.36±6.89)fl,对照组分别为(14.27±1.58)%、(22.27±1.77)pg、(3.88±0.76)×10^(9)/L、(123.85±13.67)g/L、(4.95±8.05)、(91.37±9.36)fl。实验1组、实验2组RDW高于对照组,且实验1组高于实验2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验1组、实验2组MCH、MCV低于对照组,且实验1组高于实验2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验1组、实验2组RBC高于对照组,且实验1组RBC低于实验2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验1组、实验2组Hb低于对照组,且实验1组Hb低于实验2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验1组RBC/MVCV低于实验2组与对照组,且实验2组RBC/MVCV高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液检验用于贫血鉴别诊断中,效果显著,值得推广。Objective To discuss the effect of blood test in the differential diagnosis of anemia.Methods A total of 600 patients with anemia were divided into experimental group 1 Experimental group 1(300 cases of iron deficiency anemia)and experimental group 2(300 cases of thalassemia)according to type of anemia,and another 300 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.Blood tests were performed in three groups to compare blood test indicators.Results The red-blood-cell distribution width(RDW),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH),red blood cells(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),RBC/mean corpuscular volume(RBC/MCV)and MCV of experimental group 1 were(22.18±1.38)%,(19.85±2.74)pg,(5.28±0.55)×10^(9)/L,(85.46±9.96)g/L,(3.55±1.25)and(74.35±6.88)fl,which were(17.35±2.66)%,(7.57±1.43)pg,(6.37±0.56)×10^(9)/L,(102.28±12.36)g/L,(7.79±1.66)and(72.36±6.89)fl of experimental group 2,and(14.27±1.58)%,(22.27±1.77)pg,(3.88±0.76)×10^(9)/L,(123.85±13.67)g/L,(4.95±8.05)and(91.37±9.36)fl of the control group.The RDW of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 was higher than that of the control group,and experimental group was higher than experimental group 2.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The MCH and MCV of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were higher than that of the control group,and experimental group 1 was higher than experimental group 2.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The RBC of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were higher than that of the control group,and experimental group 1 was lower than experimental group 2.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Hb of experimental group 1 and experimental group 2 were lower than that of the control group,and experimental group 1 was lower than experimental group 2.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The RBC/MVCV of experimental group 1 was lower than experimental group 2 and control group,and experimental group 2 was higher than the control group.All the differ
