骨科创伤感染治疗中应用VSD的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究骨科创伤感染治疗中应用负压封闭引流技术(VSD)的临床效果。方法60例骨科创伤感染患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规换药治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用VSD治疗。对比两组患者的创面愈合时间、换药次数、并发症发生率、治疗效果。结果观察组患者的创面愈合时间(15.66±4.82)d短于对照组的(20.54±4.91)d、换药次数(2.15±0.63)次少于对照组的(6.53±1.12)次,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率6.7%低于对照组的26.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的治疗总有效率90.0%高于对照组的66.7%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨科创伤感染治疗中应用VSD具有显著的临床效果,能够缩短患者的创面愈合时间,减少换药次数,降低并发症发生率,提高治疗总有效率,值得临床推广和借鉴采用。Objective To study the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of orthopedic trauma infection.Methods A total of 60 patients with orthopedic trauma infection as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional dressing change,and the observation group was treated with VSD treatment intervention based on the control group.The wound healing time,frequency of dressing change,incidence of complications and treatment efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The wound healing time(15.66±4.82)of the observation group was shorter than(20.54±4.91)d of the control group,and the frequency of dressing changes(2.15±0.63)times was less than(6.53±1.12)times of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant Significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 6.7%,which was lower than 26.7%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.0%,which was higher than 66.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of VSD has better clinical effect in the treatment of orthopedic trauma infection,and it can improve the wound healing time and frequency of dressing change,reduce the complications rate and improve the treatment efficiency,which is worthy of clinical promotion and reference.
