银愈生物凝胶敷料治疗放射性皮炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银愈生物凝胶敷料治疗放射性皮炎的临床疗效。方法126例恶性肿瘤患者放疗后出现放射性皮炎的患者,依据发生放射性皮炎的部位分成头颈组、乳腺组、盆腔组,每组患者根据放射性皮炎分级程度再按照奇偶数分为对照组和观察组,各63例。对照组应用美宝湿润烫伤膏治疗,观察组应用银愈生物凝胶敷料治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果及疼痛评分。结果观察组放射性皮炎Ⅰ级显效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组Ⅰ级总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组放射性皮炎Ⅱ级显效率及总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组放射性皮炎Ⅲ级显效率及总有效率均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组疼痛评分(2.05±1.04)分低于对照组的(4.56±1.84)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用银愈生物凝胶敷料治疗放射性皮炎Ⅱ~Ⅲ级患者可减轻放射性皮炎严重程度,避免了因放射性皮炎而延迟肿瘤治疗,减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yinyu Biogel Dressing on radiation dermatitis.Methods A total of 126 patients with radiation dermatitis after radiotherapy for malignant tumors were divided into head and neck group,breast group and pelvic group according to the site of radiation dermatitis,and each group was further divided into control group and observation group according to the degree of radiation dermatitis grading and parity,with 63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Meibao moist exposed burn ointment,and the observation group was treated with Yinyu biogel dressing.The therapeutic effect and pain score were compared between the two groups.Results The significant rate of gradeⅠradiation dermatitis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of gradeⅠradiation dermatits between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The significant rate gradeⅡradiation dermatitis and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The significant rate grade Ⅲ radiation dermatitis and total effective rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group(2.05±1.04)points was lower than(4.56±1.84)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Yinyu biogel dressing has significant therapeutic effect on the treatment of grade Ⅱ-Ⅲ radiation dermatitis,and it can reduce the severity of radiation dermatitis,avoid delaying tumor treatment due to radiation dermatitis,reduce patients’pain,improve the quality of life,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
