穴位贴敷联合生物电反馈治疗产后子宫复旧不良的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨穴位贴敷联合生物电反馈治疗产后子宫复旧不良的临床效果。方法70例产后子宫复旧不良产妇,根据入院顺序分成参照组和研究组,每组35例。参照组用常规方法治疗,研究组用在常规方法治疗基础上联合穴位贴敷与生物电反馈治疗。比较两组的恶露持续时间、子宫横径、子宫长径、子宫前后径与盆底肌功能恢复优良率。结果研究组的恶露持续时间(5.8±1.2)d短于参照组的(8.2±2.0)d,子宫横径(80.3±2.5)mm、子宫长径(91.5±9.3)mm、子宫前后径(62.0±0.5)mm小于参照组的(120.6±3.8)、(120.2±9.7)、(95.6±1.9)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的盆底肌功能恢复优良率94.29%高于参照组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位贴敷联合生物电反馈治疗可有效改善产后子宫复旧不良的情况,能明显缩短产妇的恶露持续时间,有效提高盆底肌功能恢复优良率。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of acupoint sticking therapy combined with bioelectrical feedback in the treatment of postpartum subinvolution of uterus.Methods A total of 70 patients with postpartum subinvolution of uterus were divided into reference group and research group according to the order of admission,with 35 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional method,and the research group was treated with acupoint sticking therapy and bioelectrical feedback.The duration of lochia,transverse diameter of the uterus,long diameter of the uterus,anterior and posterior diameter of the uterus an recovery rate of pelvic floor muscle function were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of lochia (5.8±1.2) d in the research group was shorter than (8.2±2.0) d in the reference group, and the transverse diameter of the uterus (80.3±2.5) mm, long diameter of the uterus (91.5±9.3) mm, and anterior and posterior diameter of the uterus (62.0±0.5) mm were less than (120.6±3.8), (120.2±9.7), (95.6±1.9) mm in the reference group. All the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent recovery rate of pelvic floor muscle function 94.29% in the research group was higher than 77.14% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of acupoint sticking therapy and bioelectrical feedback can effectively improve the postpartum subinvolution of uterus, significantly shorten the duration of lochia and effectively improve the excellent recovery rate of pelvic floor muscle function.
