康复推拿手法联合穿琥宁治疗小儿发热的疗效

摘　　要：目的研究小儿发热应用康复推拿手法联合穿琥宁治疗的效果。方法54例发热患儿为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各27例。对照组行注射用穿琥宁治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用康复推拿手法。对比两组治疗效果,恢复情况,不良反应,家长就医满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率96.30%高于对照组的70.37%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复时间为(1.12±0.41)d,舌苔恢复时间为(1.01±0.42)d,精神状态恢复时间为(0.98±0.35)d,均短于对照组的(2.42±0.85)、(1.95±0.64)、(1.77±0.68)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率3.70%低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组家长就医满意度96.30%高于对照组的62.96%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿发热应用康复推拿手法联合穿琥宁治疗,效果明显,可缩短患儿康复时间,提高家长就医满意度。Objective To study the effect of rehabilitation massage combined with Chuanhuning in the treatment of fever in children.Methods A total of 54 children with fever as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to the random numerical table,with 27 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Chuanhuning by injection,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation massage on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,recovery status,adverse reactions,and parental satisfaction with medical treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 96.30%in the observation group,which was higher than 70.37%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the recovery time of body temperature was(1.12±0.41)d,the recovery time of tongue coating was(1.01±0.42)d,and the recovery time of mental status was(0.98±0.35)d,which were shorter than(2.42±0.85),(1.95±0.64),and(1.77±0.68)d of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.70%in the observation group,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The parental satisfaction with medical treatment 96.30%in the observation group was higher than 62.96%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of rehabilitation massage and Chuanhuning has obvious effect on children with fever,and it can shorten the rehabilitation time of children,and improve the parental satisfaction with medical treatment.
