低强度等级混凝土弹性模量影响因素试验

摘　　要：为满足大型科学装置的防微振要求,其地基基础采用C15混凝土换填处理,要求混凝土28d弹性模量要求大于2.2 ×10^(4)N/mm^(2)。通过试验探究不同因素如水胶比、掺合料掺量、砂率等对低强度等级混凝土弹性模量的影响,制备出符合工程需求的混凝土,并在实际使用中得了良好的效果。In order to meet the requirements of large-scale scientific device preventing microvibration,C15 concrete was used to replace the foundation,and the elastic modulus of concrete 28 days later was required to be greater than 2.2×10^(4)N/mm^(2).The influence of different factors,such as water binder ratio,admixture content,sand ratio on the elastic modulus of low strength concrete were explored,and concrete meeting the engineering needs was prepared,and good effects were obtained in the actual use.
