摘　　要：济南市某地下车库采用预制装配式混凝土框架结构。地下装配式建筑的建造方式深化了装配式建筑的优势,突出了地下建筑体量大、标准化程度高、易施工等特点。实践证明装配整体式框架结构承载力高、刚度大、延展性好、造价低且建造速度快。A underground garage in Ji’nan adopts prefabricated concrete frame structure.The construction mode of underground prefabricated buildings deepened the advantages of prefabricated buildings,highlights the characteristics of large volume,high standardization and easy construction of underground buildings.It was proved that the assembled monolithic frame structure had the characteristics of high bearing capacity,large stiffness,good ductility,low cost and fast construction speed.
