摘  要:研究采用玻璃衬底的铜铟镓硒双玻BIPV组件出现基板玻璃破裂的问题。测试太阳能电池基板玻璃及双玻组件的表面弯曲度、表面应力、弯曲强度,对组件进行边框束缚加热试验和热力学仿真温差试验。通过对数据进行分析对比,研究造成双玻组件破裂的原因及破碎的可能性,提出避免破裂的建议。The problem of substrate glass rupture in GIGS double glass BIPV assembly with glass substrate was studied.The surface bending degree,surface stress and bending strength of solar cell substrate glass and double glass assembly were tested,and the boundary binding heating test and thermodynamic simulation temperature difference test were carried out on the assembly.Through the analysis and comparison of the data,the causes of the rupture of double glass components and the possibility of breaking were studied,and the suggestions to avoid the rupture were put forward.
