摘  要:印痕法现场检测钢材强度技术,是通过硬质合金球在建筑钢材表面施加一定的压力,在钢材表面产生印痕,通过检测印痕直径推定建筑钢材强度的技术。通过试验研究和理论分析,确定加荷时间、加荷大小、表面处理等印痕法测试关键参数和标准试验方法,研发了用于现场检测的便携式仪器,获得印痕直径-钢材强度曲线,实现了钢材屈服强度和抗拉强度的推定,形成了较为完整的印痕法现场无损检测钢材强度技术体系。The on-site detection of steel strength by imprint method is a technology that applying a certain pressure on the surface of building steel by cemented carbide balls,generating imprints on the surface of steel,and determining the strength of building steel by detecting the diameter of imprints.Through experimental research and theoretical analysis,the key parameters and standard test methods of imprint method such as loading time,loading size,surface treatment,etc.,were determined.A portable instrument for on-site detection was developed,and the impression diameter-steel strength curve was obtained.The presumption of yield strength and tensile strength of steel was realized.A relatively complete technical system for on-site non-destructive testing of steel strength by imprint method was formed.
