摘　　要：伴随着不孕症女性患者的增多,越来越多的学者开始关注不孕症女性卵泡的发育情况;以往研究表明甲状腺激素在卵泡发育的各个环节都起到了重要的作用,因此,深入探讨甲状腺激素对卵泡发育的调控具有重要的临床意义。本综述围绕着甲状腺激素对卵泡内各细胞组分的作用,将近年来甲状腺激素调控卵泡发育的研究进行系统整理,以期为临床治疗女性不孕症提供依据。With the increase of female patients with infertility,more and more scholars have begun to pay attention to the follicular development of female infertility.Previous studies have shown that thyroid hormones play an important role in various aspects of follicular development,so it is of great clinical significance to further explore the regulation of thyroid hormones on follicular development.This review focuses on the effects of thyroid hormones on the cellular components of the follicle,and systematically summarizes the studies on the regulation of thyroid hormones on follicular development in recent years,so as to provide a basis for the clinical treatment of female infertility.
