摘　　要：超声引导下胸椎旁神经阻滞(TPVB)是在超声引导下将局部麻醉药注射进入靠近椎间孔的脊神经附近的一项区域阻滞技术,可为胸外科、乳腺外科、心脏外科以及部分腹部手术提供多模式镇痛,且超声引导下TPVB操作简单,并发症较少,成功率较高,可加速患者的术后康复。本文就超声引导下TPVB的操作技术及临床应用进行综述,以期为超声引导下TPVB的临床应用及研究提供参考。Ultrasound-guided thoracic paravertebral nerve block(TPVB)is a regional block technique in which local anesthetics are injected into the vicinity of the spinal nerve close to the foramen under ultrasonic guidance,which can provide multimodal analgesia for thoracic surgery,breast surgery,cardiac surgery,and some abdominal surgeries.Ultrasound-guided TPVB is simple to operate,and has a high success rate and sew complications,which is beneficial to the patients'rapid recovery after surgery.A review on the operative technique and clinical application of ultrasound-guided TPVB is presented in order to provide references for the clinical application and research of ultrasound-guided TPVB.
