雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎的文献计量分析

摘　　要：目的运用文献计量学方法,从量性角度分析雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎的研究现状,为临床进一步研究、更好地利用雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎患者、提高患者生活质量提供参考。方法检索2000年1月1日至2020年12月31日中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方医学数据库(WANFANG MED)、中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、PubMed数据库中相关文献,对所得结果进行筛选、总结、分析。结果有效文献310篇,分布于165种期刊上,总被引频次2125次,覆盖31个地区,涉及263个研究机构,包括45篇基金资助文献。结论我国近21年雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎患者的研究,整体呈上升趋势,但研究水平有待提高。应提升研究整体质量,提高基金项目资助率,同时进一步重视和扩展其减毒性研究与靶向治疗研究。Objective Using the method of bibliometrics,this paper analyzes the research status of tripterygium wilfordii in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis from the perspective of quantity,and provides references for the further clinical research,better use of tripterygium wilfordii in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients,and improving the quality of life of patients.Methods Relevant literatures were searched in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Medical Database(WANFANG MED),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),and PubMed database from January 1,2000 to December 31,2020,and the results were screened,summarized and analyzed.Results There are 310 valid literatures,distributed in 165 journals,with a total citation frequency of 2125 times,covering 31 regions,involving 263 research institutions,and including 45 funded literatures.Conclusions The research on treatment of rheumatoid arthritis patients with tripterygium wilfordii in China in recent 21 years shows an increasing trend,but the research level needs to be improved.It is necessary to improve the overall quality of research,increase the funded rate of fund projects,and pay more attention to and expand the toxicity reduction research and targeted therapy research.
