THP、α1-MG、β2-MG与糖尿病肾病患者患病的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨TH糖蛋白(THP)、α1-微球蛋白(α1-MG)、β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)与糖尿病肾病患者患病的关系。方法选取2019年1月至12月海阳市人民医院收治的糖尿病肾病患者55例作为研究组,同时选取在海阳市人民医院健康体检人群55例作为对照组。对照组男32例,女23例,年龄(71.2±1.3)岁;研究组男31例,女24例,年龄(71.5±1.3)岁。对两组人群的THP、α1-MG、β2-MG水平进行检测,分析THP、α1-MG、β2-MG与糖尿病肾病患病的关系。结果研究组THP、α1-MG、β2-MG水平分别为(34.6±4.2)mg/24 h、(28.6±2.6)mg/L、(0.9±0.3)mg/L,均高于对照组(28.5±3.5)mg/24 h、(8.7±1.8)mg/L、(0.2±0.1)mg/L,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。THP、α1-MG、β2-MG与糖尿病肾病患病呈正相关(r=0.023、0.013、0.026,均P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病中,可以将THP、α1-MG、β2-MG作为患者肾脏早期受损的重要指标。Objective To investigate the relationships between TH glycoprotein(THP),α1-microglobulin(α1-MG),β2-MG,and diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 55 patients with diabetic nephropathy in Haiyang People's Hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as a study group,and 55 healthy people in Haiyang People's Hospital were selected as a control group.There were 32 males and 23 females in the control group,with an age of(71.2±1.3)years old;there were 31 males and 24 females in the study group,with an age of(71.5±1.3)years old.The levels of THP,α1-MG,β2-MG in the two groups were detected,and the relationships between THP,α1-MG,β2-MG,and diabetic nephropathy were analyzed.Results The levels of THP,α1-MG,andβ2-MG in the study group were(34.6±4.2)mg/24 h,(28.6±2.6)mg/L,and(0.9±0.3)mg/L,which were higher than those in the control group[(28.5±3.5)mg/24 h,(8.7±1.8)mg/L,and(0.2±0.1)mg/L],with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).THP,α1-MG,andβ2-MG were positively correlated with the incidence of diabetic nephropathy(r=0.023,0.013,0.026,all P<0.05).Conclusion THP,α1-MG,andβ2-MG can be used as important indicators of early renal damage in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
