改良微视频教学对不孕症患者使用生长激素笔的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨改良微视频在不孕症患者自行注射生长激素笔技能教育中的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月至7月在广东省妇幼保健院就诊且首次使用生长激素笔注射的145例不孕症患者作为研究对象,分为观察组75例和对照组70例。观察组年龄(36.10±5.28)岁,对照组年龄(35.60±4.77)岁。观察组采用改良微视频教学,对照组采用生长激素笔配套微视频教学。比较两组患者对生长激素笔操作的掌握情况。结果观察组患者各操作内容总得分为(8.30±0.98)分,明显高于对照组患者的(7.30±0.88)分,差异有统计学意义(t=6.467,P<0.001)。观察组患者各操作内容完全掌握率、基本掌握率分别为76.0%(57/75)和24.0%(18/75),优于对照组患者的42.9%(30/70)和57.1%(40/70),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=16.571,P<0.001)。观察组患者对注射部位的选择与轮换方法、消毒方法、进针角度及捏皮方法的回答正确率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论改良微视频教学更能提高不孕症患者自我注射生长激素笔的操作技能,有助于患者正确掌握要领,提高了护士的教学效率,从而保障患者得到更佳的生长激素治疗效果。Objective To investigate the application effect of modified micro-video teaching in self-injection growth hormone pen skill education for infertility patients.Methods A total of 145 infertility patients who received the first injection of growth hormone pen in Guangdong Women and Children's Hospital from April to July 2019 were divided into a control group(70 cases)and an observation group(75 cases).The age of the observation group was(36.10±5.28)years old,and that of the control group was(35.60±4.77)years old.The control group received the manufacturer's micro-video teaching,and the observation group received the modified micro-video teaching.The masteries of the operation of growth hormone pen of the two groups were compared.Results The total score of operation skills in the observation group was(8.30±0.98)points,which was significantly higher than that in the control group[(7.30±0.88)points],with a statistically significant difference(t=6.467,P<0.001).The complete mastery rate and basic mastery rate of operation skills in the observation group were 76.0%(57/75)and 24.0%(18/75),respectively,which were better than those in the control group[42.9%(30/70)and 57.1%(40/70)](χ^(2)=16.571,P<0.001).The correct answer rates of injection site selection and rotation method,disinfection method,and injection angle and pinching method in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).Conclusion Modified micro-video teaching can improve the operation skills of infertility patients with self-injection of growth hormone pen,help patients grasp the essentials correctly,improve the teaching efficiency of nurses,so as to ensure better treatment effect of growth hormone for patients.
