摘  要:分别采用HR催化剂和进口催化剂在25 kg/h的环管中试装置上,制备了高光泽抗冲共聚聚丙烯与透明抗冲共聚聚丙烯,研究了产品的结构与性能。结果表明:HR催化剂的氢调敏感性更好,制备相同熔体流动速率高光泽抗冲共聚聚丙烯和透明抗冲共聚聚丙烯时加入的氢气量更少,提升了生产负荷,均聚聚丙烯等规指数更高,最终产品的相对分子质量分布更窄,产品性能也得到进一步改善。HR catalysts and imported catalysts were used respectively in a 25 kg/h loop pilot plant to prepare high gloss impact polypropylene and transparent impact polypropylene.The structure and properties of the products were observed.The results show that HR catalyst performs better in hydrogen regulation.The amount of hydrogen added is less and the production load is higher when it is used to produce high gloss impact polypropylene or transparent impact polypropylene than those of products with same melt flow rate by imported catalysts.The isotactic index of homo-polypropylene is higher,the molecular weight distribution of the final product is narrower,and the product performance is further improved.
