摘 要:采用二苯甲烷-4,4′-二异氰酸酯、聚四氢呋喃、1,4-丁二醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、三甲醇丙烷(TMP)、硅烷偶联剂KH-550等制备了一系列水性聚氨酯乳液,并对乳液进行红外光谱分析、涂膜划格实验、耐水性实验,探究提升乳液耐水性及附着力的方法。结果表明:采用硅烷偶联剂KH-550改性,DMPA含量为3.7%~4.0%(w),TMP含量为1.3%(w),硬段含量为35%~40%(w)时,单组分水性聚氨酯乳液的附着力显著提高,达到1级,耐水性提高,耐水时间达到48 h。A series of waterborne polyurethane emulsions were synthesized with diphenylmethane-4,4′-diisocyanate,polytetramethylene ether glycol,1,4′-butanediol,dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA),trihydroxymethyl propane(TMP),and silane coupling agent KH-550.The methods to improve the water resistance and adhesion of the emulsions were explored by Fourier transform infrared spectroscope,scribe test and water resistance test.The results show that the adhesion of the emulsions are improved significantly to level 1 and their water resistance is improved to 48 h when modified by KH-550 and the mass fraction of DMPA,TMP and the hard segment in waterborne polyurethane emulsions are 3.7%-4.0%,1.3%and 35%-40%respectively.
