摘　　要：利用专利商提供的Z501型催化剂在Hostalen低压淤浆工艺装置上生产管材专用高密度聚乙烯HMCRP100N的过程中,催化剂活性仅为(18500±500)g/g,低于专利商配方指标(21000±500)g/g。经过分析发现,催化剂活性偏低的原因有:催化剂配制人员非专业;原料中1,3-丁二烯含量高;溶剂己烷中水含量偏高;催化剂浆液二级过滤等。通过采取固定的专业人员配制催化剂;对催化剂第一级过滤器的氮气吹扫进行定时、定量,使催化剂填充程序在规定的时间内顺利完成;降低原料中影响催化剂活性的杂质,提高原料纯度;增加了备用蜡蒸发器,两台蒸发器定期切换,确保溶剂己烷中的水含量在正常控制范围内。优化后,催化剂活性已达到专利商配方指标。The activity of Z501 catalyst provided by licensor was(18500±500)g/g in Hostalen low pressure slurry plant when producing pipe special high-density polyethylene HMCRP100N,which was lower than the index of formula,(21000±500)g/g.The analytic results show that the reasons of low catalyst activity include unprofessional preparation of catalyst,higher content of 1,3-butadiene in feed stock,higher content of water in solvent hexane,and secondary filtration of catalyst slurry.The catalyst activity has reached the formula index by hiring professionals for catalyst preparation;purging the first catalyst filter with nitrogen to complete catalyst packing at fixed time;eliminating the impurities that pollute catalyst to improve the purity of feed stock;installing a backup evaporator for switching to control the water content in hexane solvent.
