情感事件理论及其在信息系统研究领域的应用与展望

摘　　要：[目的/意义]文章旨在帮助学界全面系统地认识情感事件理论在信息系统领域的应用与发展,在后续研究中拓展其适用情境,充分发挥理论的应用价值。[方法/过程]通过检索与梳理现有文献,本文总结了研究成果、研究局限并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。[结果/结论]梳理发现,情感事件理论的理论演化主要体现于其研究情景的拓展、情感反应构念的界定及内部作用机制的深入研究。信息系统领域中的情感事件理论应用主要集中在知识分享/隐藏、信息系统使用、在线工作中的情感冲突问题以及信息安全遵从4个方面,现有研究中主要存在“较少关注情感类型及强度”“较少关注被试个人特质”“情感的测量效度不足”“忽视情感反应的时滞性与动态性”等问题。用户情感与行为的动态变化、情感数据采集方法优化、要素间的交互影响以及中国情境下的应用研究是未来研究中值得关注的方向。[Purpose/Significance]The purpose of this study is to help the scholars fully understand the application and development of affective events theory,to extend the research scenario in the future study,and to make the best use of this theory.[Method/Process]By searching and reviewing the relevant literature,this paper summarized the results,limitations,and prospects for the future direction.[Result/Conclusion]Since its formation,affective events theory has extended the research scenarios,redefined the affective states,and gained an insight into how affective states work.It is found that the researches in information systems mainly focus on four aspects:knowledge sharing/hiding,usage of information systems,emotion conflicts in online work,and the compliance of information security policies.Meanwhile,besides the ignorance of the traits of the subjects,the existing paper pays less attention to the type,intensity,measurement,time lags,and dynamic of affective states.Future research can improve the measurement and collection of affective data,and pay more attention to the dynamic of subjects affective and behaviors,the interaction of elements,and the application in the Chinese context.
