摘 要:为揭示建筑事故发生规律并有针对性地制定应对策略,本文以住房和城乡建设部公布的2011-2019年226起较大及以上建筑事故案例为样本,采用定性比较分析方法对多重因素在不同组态下建筑事故的严重程度进行分析,并根据不同事故模式提出有针对性的应对策略。研究发现:根据运算结果总结出3种事故组态,分别是A1、A2和A3型,其中A1和A2是发生于二线及以下城市的房屋建筑事故,A3是发生于一线及新一线城市的市政基础设施工程事故。In order to reveal the law of construction accidents and formulate corresponding coping strategies,in this paper,226 large and above construction accident cases from 2011 to 2019 that were published by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development were taken as samples.The severity of construction accidents caused by multiple factors in different configurations was analyzed with qualitative comparative analysis method,and the corresponding coping strategies were put forward.It is found that three accident configurations emerge based on the calculation results,namely A1,A2 and A3.A1 and A2 deal with housing construction accidents that occur in second-tier cities and below,while A3 is construction accidents in municipal infrastructure projects in first-tier and new first-tier cities.
