摘　　要：推免生在完成录取工作后的准研究生阶段有近一年的时间完善自身发展,因医学影像学专业的特殊性,推免生的继续教育教学侧重点与其他临床专业有所不同。应根据医学影像学发展方向,从加强知识储备、培养临床思维、提升科研创新能力方面提前着手,使推免生成长为有实力有潜力的复合型医学人才。对于部分支教团推免生,需要合理规划时间进行更有针对性的教育。There is nearly one year for recommended exam-free postgraduates to perfect self-development after finishing admission task during quasi-postgraduate phase.Due to the distinction of the medical imaging specialty,the emphasis on continuing education of recommended exam-free postgraduates is slightly different from other clinical specialties.According to the future development direction,preparing for strengthening knowledge reserves,cultivating clinical thinking and improving scientific research and innovation capabilities in advance to become a compound medical talent with strength and potential is significant.Aiming at a part of recommended exam-free postgraduates who working as volunteer teachers,it’s advisable to manage time reasonably and be educated pertinently.
