新冠疫情给医学微生物学教学带来的思考

摘　　要：现代社会所谓的文明和进步实际上在很大程度上是人类在和传染性疾病斗争中形成和发展的,可以说是传染性疾病塑造了现代社会文明。1973年以来,新发现的病原微生物有近40种,这些病原体引起当时所谓新现传染病有的引起局部的或一过性危害,有的则不断蔓延成为世界性问题,其中原因既包括病原体本身的特点也不排除人类行为的作用。现在,COVID-19疫情还远没有结束,经历此次疫情,我们体验了从盲目忽视、莫名惶恐到理性防控、养成习惯。目睹了此次疫情在中国的演变和世界疫情的发展,我们不仅认识到医学微生物学作为医学生培养的主干课程及联系基础与临床的桥梁的重要性,更深切体会到防疫的中国策略、抗疫的中国精神和维护人类健康的中国担当。此次疫情为培养献身健康中国事业的高级人才的自信心和奉献精神提供了鲜活的素材。In fact,the so-called civilization and progress in modern society are in large a part formed and developed in the struggle against infectious diseases.It could be said that the infectious diseases shape modern social civilization.Since 1973,nearly 40 kinds of pathogenic microorganisms have been discovered.Some of the so-called emerging infectious diseases caused by these pathogens at that time caused local or temporary harm,while others continued to spread to become a world-wide problem.The reasons include not only the characteristics of the pathogen itself,but also the role of human behavior.At present,the covid-19 pandemic situation is far from over.During this pandemic,we have experienced from blind neglect,inexplicable fear to rational prevention and control,and good habits development.We witnessed the performance of China as the first place to detect covid-19 and the evolution of the world pandemic situation.We not only recognize the importance of medical microbiology as the main course of medical student training and the bridge between basic and clinical practice,but also have a deeper understanding for the Chinese strategy of epidemic prevention,the Chinese spirit of epidemic prevention and China’s responsibility for safeguarding human health.The epidemic provides fresh material for the cultivation of self-confidence and dedication of senior talents dedicated to the cause of healthy China.
