摘　　要：乡村振兴是一项系统性工程,全面实施乡村振兴战略的深度、广度、难度都不亚于脱贫攻坚。在城乡融合发展推动乡村振兴的背景下,基于相对特殊的区位,特大城市郊区乡村通过城乡资源要素的双向流动来兑现价值,带来乡村经济、社会结构的巨大变化,乡村社区的功能日趋多元化。据此,尝试提出以城乡资源再造促进乡村振兴的新思路。通过系统分析乡村振兴中城乡资源再造的背景、内涵、特点与意义,并结合W市蔡甸区花博汇的案例,呈现城乡融合发展中城乡资源再造机制与成效及其对乡村振兴的作用,进一步提出将"乡愁"产业、时代"乡贤"、乡村文化、乡村生态、基层组织等进行再造,构建乡村振兴长效动力机制的总体思路。Rural revitalization is a systematic project.The depth,breadth,and difficulty of implementing the rural revitalization strategy are no less than that of poverty alleviation.Under the background of Rural Revitalization promoted by urban-rural integration development,based on the relatively special location,suburban villages in megacities realize their value through the two-way flow of urban and rural resource elements,which brings about great changes in rural economic and social structure,and the functions of rural communities are increasingly diversified.Based on this,this paper attempts to put forward a new idea of Promoting Rural Revitalization by urban and rural resource recycling.By systematically analyzing the background,connotation,characteristics and significance of urban and rural resource recycling in rural revitalization,and combining with the case of huabohui in Caidian District of w City.this paper presents the mechanism and effect of urban and rural resource recycling in urban-rural integration and its role in Rural Revitalization.Put forward the general idea of rebuilding the"nostalgia"industry,the"seniors"of the times,rural culture,rural ecology,and grassroots organizations to build a long-term dynamic mechanism for rural revitalization.
