产后早期经络推拿预防乳汁淤积症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究产后早期乳房经络推拿对乳汁淤积症的预防作用。方法:选择符合纳入标准的研究对象160例,随机分为观察组及对照组各80例,观察组产后48h内行乳房经络按摩+母乳喂养指导,对照组产后48h内行母乳喂养指导,观察两组乳汁淤积发生情况。结果:随访产后2~4天,观察组首次泌乳时间和泌乳量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),乳汁淤积发生率和乳汁淤积程度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。随访产后42天,观察组乳汁淤积发生率和乳汁淤积程度均低于对照组(P<0.05),泌乳量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访产后3月,两组乳汁淤积发生率和乳汁淤积程度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组泌乳量评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:产后早期乳房经络推拿能缩短首次泌乳时间,增加近期及远期泌乳量,并对产后42天内的乳汁淤积起到了积极的预防作用。Objective:To study the preventive effect of early postpartum period meridian massage on galactostasis.Methods:A total of 160 subjects were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=80) and control group(n=80),the observation group treated with breast meridian massage combined with breast feeding guidance within 48 hours after delivery,while control group only with breast feeding instruction within 48 hours after delivery,and observed the occurrence of galacto stasis in two groups.Results:After 2~4 days of follow-up,the observation group was better than control group in the first lactation time and lactation volume score(P<0.05),and the incidence and degree of galacto stasis were lower than control group(P<0.05).After 42 days of follow-up,the incidence and degree of galacto stasis in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the lactation score was better than that of control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,there was no significant difference in the incidence and degree of galactostasis between the two groups(P>0.05),and the lactation score of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early postpartum breast meridian massage can shorten the first lactation time,increase the short-term and long-term breast milk production,and play a positive role in the prevention of galacto stasis within 42 days after delivery.
