摘　　要："骨、筋、脉"理论是"筋骨并重"理论在中医整体观指导下的延伸及阐释,基于此理论制定的脊柱定点锤正复位结合针刺疗法理论重视经脉气血对筋骨力学平衡系统的影响,应用于腰椎间盘突出症临床治疗具有复位精准、疗效确切、操作省力等优点。本文从"骨、筋、脉"理论入手阐释腰椎间盘突出症的中西医发病机理,探讨脊柱定点锤正复位结合针刺疗法的治疗思路及临床应用。Based on the theory of "bones-muscles-meridians",which is an extension and interpretation of the theory of "muscles-bones Balance",spinal fixed-point hammer combined with acupuncture therapy emphasizes the influence of meridians qi-blood on the mechanical balance system of muscles-bone,and it is used to treat lumbar disc herniation with the advantages of optimal reduction,definite curative effect,and low physical effort.Explaining the traditional and modern medicine pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation with "bones-muscles-meridians",this article discussed the treatment thought and clinical application of the therapy.
