摘　　要：系统性硬化症是以皮肤肿胀、变硬变厚、乃至萎缩,并可累积多系统的慢性自身免疫性疾病,可导致患者痛苦、生活质量下降、死亡,中医药可为系统性硬化症患者带来希望。本文从系统性硬化症的中医病因病机、辨证论治、调摄和预防措施、典型病案等方面分析了陈湘君教授对系统性硬化症的中医药治疗思路,初步总结了陈湘君教授以扶正为主的诊治策略和用药经验,期望能提高中医药治疗系统性硬化症的效果。Systemic Sclerosis(SSc)is a chronic autoimmune disease characterized by swelling,hardening,thickening,and even atrophy of the skin and can invade multiple systems of the body.SSc can cause patients pain,decreased quality of life,and death.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)in treating SSc can bring hope to SSc patients.This article analyzes the thoughts of Professor CHEN Xiang-Jun in the treatment of SSc in terms of the etiology and pathogenesis of SSc,syndrome differentiation and treatment,modulative and preventive measures,and typical cases.It initially summarized Professor CHEN Xiang-Jun’s diagnosis and treatment strategies,and medication experience based on therapeutic method of strengthening healthy qi.It is expected to improve the efficacy of TCM in treating SSc.
