摘 要:目的了解中山市城区白纹伊蚊抗药性状况,为杀虫剂选择提供参考。方法在中山市东区、南区、西区、石岐区以及火炬开发区采集白纹伊蚊幼虫或虫蛹,在实验室繁殖1~2代,根据WHO推荐的幼虫浸渍法测定幼虫对4种杀虫剂的半数致死浓度(LC50),通过与实验室敏感株对比,计算抗性倍数(RR)。结果中山市城区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯的RR为19.00~99.00,处于中高抗性水平;对滴滴涕的RR为8.40~58.39,处于低中抗性水平;对双硫磷的RR为2.60~4.20,处于低抗水平;对恶虫威的RR为1.45~3.21,处于敏感水平。结论中山市城区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯、滴滴涕和双硫磷产生了一定程度抗性,对恶虫威敏感。建议加强蚊虫抗药性监测,科学合理使用杀虫剂。Objective To investigate the insecticide resistance of Aedes albopictus in Zhongshan City, and to provide reference for insecticide selection. Methods The larvae or pupae of Aedes albopictus were collected in the East, South, West, Shiqi and Torch Development Zones of Zhongshan City, and bred for 1 to 2 generations in the laboratory. According to the larval immersion method recommended by WHO, the median lethal concentrations(LC50) of the larvae to the four insecticides were determined, and the resistance ratios(RR) were calculated by comparing with the laboratory susceptible strains. Results The RRs of Aedes albopictus to deltamethrin, dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane, temephos and bendiocarb in Zhongshan city were 19.00-99.00, 8.40-58.39, 2.60-4.20 and 1.45-3.21, respectively, and the resistance level respectively stayed at medium to high, low to medium, low and sensitive. Conclusion Aedes albopictus in Zhongshan city show resistance to deltamethrin, dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane and temephos, but they are sensitive to bendiocarb. It is suggested to strengthen the monitoring of drug resistance of mosquitos and use insecticides scientifically and rationally.
