摘　　要：目的综合评价四川省各经济区基层医疗卫生服务提供水平,为优化卫生资源配置、提升服务能力提供参考。方法选取万人口基层医疗卫生机构数、千人口卫生技术人员数、万人口全科医生数、人均就诊人次数、每机构一年健康检查人次数5个评价指标,应用描述性分析法,以及TOPSIS法和RSR法相结合的方法进行评价。结果乐山、眉山、内江评为"差"档(Probit<4);巴中、德阳、成都、资阳评为优档(Probit>6);其余地区为"中"档(4<Probit<6)。方差分析结果显示F=28.367,P<0.001,说明分档结果具有统计学意义。结论四川省整体基层医疗卫生服务提供水平尚可,但全科医生配置不足,且各经济区之间及其内部存在较大差异。Objective To comprehensively evaluate the service delivery level of primary medical institutions in different regions of Sichuan Province,so as to provide reference for optimizing the allocation of health resources and improving the service capacities.Methods Five evaluation indexes including the number of primary medical institutions per 10000 population,the number of health technicians per 1000 population,the number of general practitioners per 10000 population,the number of patients per capita,and the number of health checkups per institution in a year were selected and evaluated by descriptive analysis,TOPSIS method and RSR method.Results Leshan,Meishan and Neijiang were rated as"poor"(Probit<4).Bazhong,Deyang,Chengdu and Ziyang were rated as"excellent"(Probit>6).The rest of the areas were in the"medium"level(4<Probit<6).The results of ANOVA showed that F=28.367,P<0.001,indicating that the grading results were statistically significant.Conclusion The overall level of primary medical and health services in Sichuan Province is acceptable,but the allocation of general practitioners is insufficient,and there are great differences between and within the economic zones.
