摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位贴压对肝气郁结型慢性乙型肝炎患者心理状态的影响。方法:将80例肝气郁结型慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上加用穴位贴压(穴位贴敷、耳穴贴压)干预。采用中医症状积分法进行主要临床症状观察,采用慢性肝病问卷(CLDQ)进行生存质量评分,心理状态评分采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁量表(HAMD)评估焦虑、抑郁情绪。基于主要症状改善及生存质量评分,综合评估两组患者的心理状态。结果:观察组主要症状改善、生存质量评分、心理焦虑评分结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴压能有效改善肝气郁结型慢性乙型肝炎患者的负面心理状态,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of acupoint sticking on the mental state in chronic hepatitis B(CHB)patients with liver-qi stagnation.Methods:80 cases of CHB patients with liver-qi stagnation were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and observation group(40 cases).The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with acupoint sticking(acupoint sticking,auricular sticking)based on the routine nursing.The main clinical symptoms were observed by TCM symptom integral method,the quality of life was assessed by chronic liver disease questionnaire(CLDQ),and the psychological state was assessed by Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Depression Scale(HAMD).Likert 5-point scoring method was used in all the scales.Based on the improvement of main symptoms and the score of quality of life,the psychological state of the two groups was evaluated comprehensively.Results:The improvement of main symptoms,quality of life score and psychological anxiety score in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Acupoint sticking can effectively improve the negative mental state of CHB patients with stagnation liver-qi,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
