摘　　要：罗汉果作为中国传统中药,具有药效显著及应用广泛的特点。特别是近年来其产品被开发成食品及保健品后更是广泛畅销。然而,对其化学成分及药理活性,尤其是作用机制的综述相对较少。本文通过对罗汉果化学成分以及近年来作用机制的研究进展进行综述,为罗汉果作为食品、药品及保健品的深入开发提供一定的科学依据。As a traditional Chinese medicine,Siraitia grosvenorii has the characteristics of remarkable efficacy and wide application.Especially,recently years,the related products are widely sold after being developed into food and health products.However,there are few reviews on its chemical constituents and pharmacological activities.In this paper,the chemical constituents and mechanism of action of S.grosvenorii in recent years were reviewed,which provided scientific basis for the further development of S.grosvenorii as food,medicine and health products.
