石斛化学成分和药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：石斛的药用历史悠久,使用范围广泛,最早收载《神农本草经》中,列为上品。石斛中含有多糖类、生物碱类、萜类、黄酮类等多种化学成分。具有保护胃黏膜、提高免疫力、抗氧化、抗菌、降血糖、降血脂等药理作用。通过对石斛的化学成分和药理作用归纳整理,以期为石斛的应用提供借鉴。Dendrobii Caulis has a long history of medicinal use and a wide range of uses.It was first recorded in"Shen Nong’s Herbal Classic"and listed as top grade.D.Caulis contains various chemical components such as polysaccharides,alkaloids,terpenes and flavones.It has a wide range of pharmacological effects such as protecting gastric mucosa,improving immunity,anti-oxidation,antibacterial,lowering blood sugar and lowering blood lipids.In this paper,the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of D.Caulis were summarized,which provide reference for further application.
