摘　　要：云芝(Trametes versicolor)糖肽为从云芝中发酵提取的糖肽类物质,是免疫增强药,含有多糖、肽、核苷和核碱类等多种活性成分,分子量大,结构和组成复杂,因此对云芝糖肽的化学成分研究显得尤为重要。综述了近年来对云芝糖肽结构研究的进展,分析各检测方法的利弊,对云芝糖肽的化学成分和结构测定作初步总结,为进一步研究云芝糖肽的组成提供基础数据。Trametes versicolor glycopeptide is a kind of glycopeptide extracted from T. versicolor. It is an immunopotentiator,and contains polysaccharides, peptides, nucleosides, nucleobases and other active components with large molecular weight, and its structure and composition are complex. Therefore, it is very important to study the chemical constituents of T. versicolor glycopeptides. Through reviewed, the progress on the structure of T. versicolor glycopeptides in recent years and aralyzed the advantages and disadvantages of each analysis method, thus provide a foundation for the composition of T. versicolor glycopeptide.
