摘  要:利用多功能等离子体(MPMS)诱变技术对茶树菇(Agrocybe aegirita)菌丝体进行诱变处理,共获得262株诱变菌株。初筛得到的20株诱变菌株与出发菌株有较明显的拮抗反应,复筛通过对菌丝长势、生长速度、多酚氧化酶活性以及生物学效率的测定,得到优于出发菌株的5株诱变菌株,通过ISSR分子标记技术确定均与出发菌株相比产生了不同程度的变异。其中优良诱变菌株AM220是最适宜分解荆条的诱变菌株,其菌丝生长速度达3.42 mm·d^(-1),生物学效率为81.70%,较出发菌株菌丝生长速度提高0.34 mm·d^(-1),生物学效率提高11.57%。Multifunctional plasma mutagenesis technique(MPMS) was used to mutagenize the mycelium of Agrocybe aegirita. A total of 262 mutagenized strains were obtained. The 20 mutagenized strains obtained by the preliminary screening had obvious antagonistic reactions with the original strains. 5 mutagenic strains that were superior to the original strain were obtained through re-screening determined by mycelial growth, polyphenol oxygen enzyme activity, and biological efficiency, the ISSR molecular marker technology confirmed that these strains all had different degrees of variation from the original strain. Among them, the excellent mutagenic strain AM220 is the most suitable mutagenic strain to decompose Vitex negundo, the mycelial growth rate reached 3.42 mm·d^(-1), the biological efficiency was 81.70%, the growth rate were increased by 0.34 mm·d^(-1) and biological efficiency of were increased by 11.57% compared with the original strain.
