摘 要:研究硫磺菌(Laetiporus sulphureus)子实体对小麦赤霉病菌及马铃薯干腐病菌的抑菌活性,为探寻新型的无毒生物抗菌剂提供参考。提纯硫磺菌子实体生物碱类化合物(提取物A),用提取物A与甜菜碱标准品对植物病原真菌进行抑菌活性测定。同时,比较不同浓度的多菌灵培养基、百菌清培养基和提取物A培养基对植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果显示,提取物A与甜菜碱浓度为100μg·mL^(-1)时对小麦赤霉病菌抑制率分别是47.27%和34.66%,不同培养基的抑菌活性多菌灵>百菌清>提取物A;对马铃薯干腐病菌的抑制率分别是43.48%和29.54%;百菌清>多菌灵>提取物A;提取物A为1.6 mg·mL^(-1)和3.2 mg·mL^(-1)时对小麦赤霉病菌的抑菌效果较好,抑菌率为88.42%和88.16%,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提取物A为0.8 mg·mL^(-1)、1.6 mg·mL^(-1)及3.2 mg·mL^(-1)对马铃薯干腐病菌的抑菌效果较好,抑菌率为86.46%、86.35%及86.23%,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。综上,硫磺菌子实体对小麦赤霉病菌与马铃薯干腐病菌具有良好的抑菌作用,是一种潜在的生物抗菌剂。To study the antimicrobial activity of the fruiting bodies of Laetiporus sulphureus against Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium coeruleum, so as to provide reference for exploring new non-toxic plant derived antibacterial agents. The alkaloid compounds of the fruiting bodies of L. sulphureus(extrat A)were purified. The extract A and betaine were used to determine the antibacterial activity of plant pathogenic fungi. The results showed that, the inhibitory rates extract of A and betaine at a concentration of 100 μg·mL^(-1) against F. graminearum were 47.27% and 34.66%, respectively. Carbendazim has the strongest bacteriostasis rate, followed by chlorothalonil, and extract A is the lowest. The inhibition rates of F. coeruleum were 43.48% and29.54%, respectively. Chlorothalonil has the strongest bacteriostasis rate, followed by carbendazim, and extract A is the lowest.The extract A concentration of 1.6 mg·mL^(-1) and 3.2 mg·mL^(-1) had better antibacterial effects on F. graminearum, and their antibacterial rates were 88.42% and 88.16%, respectively, with no significant differences(P>0.05). extract A concentration of 0.8 mg·mL^(-1), 1.6 mg·mL^(-1) and 3.2 mg·mL^(-1) has better antibacterial effect on F. coeruleum, and its antibacterial rates are 86.46%,86.35% and 86.23%, respectively, with no significant differences(P>0.05). In conclusion, the fruiting body of L. sulphureus has a better antibacterial effect on F. graminearum and F. coeruleum, and it is a potential biological antibacterial agent.
