加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜宫颈癌子宫根治术患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨加速康复外科护理在腹腔镜宫颈癌子宫根治术患者中的应用。方法选取滕州市妇幼保健院2018年4月至2019年5月98例宫颈癌子宫根治术患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其等分为传统组和康复组,各49例。传统组患者给予传统护理,康复组给予患者加速康复外科护理,观察比较两组患者术后性生活质量、康复效果及预后的变化。结果对宫颈癌子宫根治术患者给予加速康复外科护理后,康复组的术后性生活质量明显高于传统组,康复组的康复效果显著优于传统组,康复组的患者预后明显优于传统组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对宫颈癌子宫根治术患者实施加速康复外科护理后,能有效提高患者的性生活质量,提高患者康复效果,改善患者预后,从而使患者更快康复。Objective To investigate the application of accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients with laparoscopic radical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.Methods From April 2018 to May 2019,98 patients with cervical cancer undergoing radical hysterectomy were selected.According to random number table method,they were equally divided into traditional group and rehabilitation group,49 cases each.Patients in the traditional group received traditional nursing,and patients in the rehabilitation group received accelerated rehabilitation surgical nursing.The changes of postoperative sexual life quality,rehabilitation effect and prognosis were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After intensive rehabilitation surgery for cervical cancer patients,the quality of postoperative sexual life in the rehabilitation group was significantly higher than that in the traditional group,the rehabilitation effect of the rehabilitation group was significantly better than that of the traditional group,the prognosis of patients in rehabilitation group was better than that in traditional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions After intensive rehabilitation surgery for cervical cancer patients,can effectively improve the quality of sexual life,lift the recovery effect,improve the prognosis of patients,so as to make patients recover more quickly.
