摘 要:预制混凝土板水泥路面快速修复技术是采用预制板对原水泥混凝土路面破损部位进行快速替换的新型修复技术,仅需4~6 h即可开放交通。该技术具有开放交通快、养护成本低、环境影响小、气候适应性强、交通安全性高等优点。但目前国内对该技术的研究较少,尚未形成可以指导实践的路面结构设计方法。综合运用正交设计方法、多元统计回归方法以及有限元数值模拟分析方法,对荷载作用下,PCS的荷载应力特征进行分析,确定荷载应力的六大关键影响因素,即预制板长度L、面板厚度hc、面板模量Ec、基层厚度hb、基层模量Eb、地基反应模量K,并建立荷载应力随六因素的多元回归关系。Quick repair technology of Precast Concrete Slab(PCS)is a novel method,which replaces the damaged area of original cement concrete pavement with precast slabs.Only 4 to 6 hours is needed before opening to traffic.This technology has great advantages:(1)opening to traffic rapidly;(2)saving maintenance cost;(3)reducing environmental impact;(4)adapting to special climate;(5)improving traffic safety.However,only limited research on this technology has been done currently,and appropriate pavement structural design method of PCS which can be used to guide practice has not been formed.The methods of orthogonal design,multivariate statistical regression and finite element numerical simulation were used for analysis of the load stress characteristics in PCS.The six key influencing factors of load stress were determined,which were precast slab length(L),slab thickness(hc),slab modulus(Ec)base thickness(hb),base modulus(Eb),and foundation response modulus(K).And finally,the multiple regression relationship of load stress with six factors was established.
