摘 要:为排除级配离析对温度离析的影响,采用室内成型试验研究沥青混合料的温度离析。首先提出AC-20型沥青混合料的级配组成,并确定该级配下,沥青混合料的最佳沥青用量为4.3%。然后在不同温度下成型马歇尔试件,研究成型温度与试件密度之间的关系。研究结果表明:成型温度越低,沥青混合料的表观密度越小。参考《公路沥青路面施工技术规范》(JTG F40-2004)中的摊铺温度要求,确定以165℃为标准温度,研究温度差与密度差之间的关系,从而提出沥青混合料温度离析评价标准。In order to eliminate the influence of gradation segregation on temperature segregation,the temperature segregation of asphalt mixture was studied by laboratory test.First,the gradation composition of AC-20 mixture was put forward,and the optimum asphalt content of the graded asphalt mixture was 4.3%.Then the Marshall specimen was fabricated at different temperatures,and the relationship between the molding temperature and the density of the specimen was studied.The results showed that the lower the molding temperature,the smaller the apparent density of the asphalt mixture could be.Referring to the temperature requirement of paving in highway asphalt pavement construction technology specification,the standard temperature of 165℃was determined,and the relationship between temperature difference and density difference was studied,and the evaluation criterion of temperature segregation for asphalt mixture was put forward.
