丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗脑囊尾蚴病继发性癫痫的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的分析丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗脑囊尾蚴病继发性癫痫的疗效。方法回顾性分析2017-01/2019-11收治的116例脑囊尾蚴病继发性癫痫患者资料,根据抗癫痫药物的不同将患者分为观察组(丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪)42例,对照组(丙戊酸钠)74例,比较两组患者治疗前后每年癫痫发作情况、疗效及不良反应。结果两组患者治疗前每年癫痫发作频率与单次发作最长持续时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而两组治疗后较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率为97.62%(41/42),对照组为85.14%(63/74),观察组疗效更好(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为11.90%(5/42),对照组为13.51%(10/74),两组不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论丙戊酸钠联合拉莫三嗪治疗脑囊尾蚴病继发性癫痫疗效好,且不增加不良反应的发生率,可作为治疗首选。Objective To analyze the curative effect of Valproate Sodium combined with Lamotrigine in the treatment of epilepsy secondary to cerebral cysticercosis.Methods Retrospective analysis were done for the data of 116 patients with epilepsy secondary to cerebral cysticercosis admitted from January 2017 to November 2019.According to the different anti-epileptic drugs,the patients were divided into observation group(Valproate Sodium combined with Lamotrigine)and control group with cases number of 42 and 74,respectively.Then comparisons of annual epileptic seizures,efficacy and adverse reactions were made between the two groups before and after treatment.Results No significant differences was shown in the annual frequency of epileptic seizures and the longest duration of a single seizure between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).But after the treatment,the annual frequency of epileptic seizures and the longest duration of a single seizure between the two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05).And that of observation group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The effective rates of the treatments were 97.622%(41/42)for observation group,and 85.14%(63/74)for control group.The curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 11.90%(5/42)in observation group and 13.51%(10/74)in control group,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion the curative effect of Valproate Sodium combined with Lamotrigine in the treatment of epilepsy secondary to cerebral cysticercosis is good.Simultaneously,it won′t increase the incidence of adverse reactions.So,it can be the first choice for treatment.
