摘 要:目的观察4%螺威对山丘型钉螺现场试验杀灭效果,为灭螺提供技术支撑。方法采用现场浸杀和喷洒的方法,在现场环境下对山丘型钉螺进行杀螺试验,同时以50%的氯硝柳胺粉剂和清水分别作标准对照、空白对照;开展了鱼毒试验,同时以50%的氯硝柳胺粉剂和清水分别作标准对照、空白对照。数据采用Excel 2013、SPSS 22.0软件进行统计和分析。率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果浸杀法:4%螺威在2.5 g/m^(3)下,1 d、2 d和3 d平均杀螺率分别为65.63%、80.00%和89.38%;喷洒法:4%螺威在3 g/m2和5 g/m2下,1 d、3 d、7 d平均杀螺率分别为23.75%、70.00%和85.63%,44.38%、73.75%和88.13%;螺威2.5 g/m2组15尾鱼6 d后出现2尾死亡。结论4%螺威运用浸杀法和喷洒法均对山丘型钉螺具有一定的杀灭作用,随着作用时间延长,灭螺效果存在差异;4%螺威对鱼类毒性发生速度较慢,弱于氯硝柳胺鱼毒作用。Objective To observe molluscicidal effect of 4%TDS DP in hilly areas.Methods By field leaching and spraying of 4%TDS DP,the snail killing test was carried out in hilly areas.Meanwhile,50%WPN and water were used as standard control and blank control respectively.The fish toxicity test was performed,and 50%WPN and water were used as standard control and blank control,respectively.Excel 2003 and SPSS 22.0 were used to analyze the data.Chisquare tests were used to compare the rates.Results The average snail killing rate of leaching 4%TDS at 2.5 g/m^(3) was 65.63%,80.00%and 89.38%for 1,2 and 3 days,respectively.The average snail killing rate of spraying 4%TDS at 3 g/m2 was 23.75%,70.00%,85.63%for 1,3 and 7 days,respectively;the average snail killing rate of spraying 4%TDS at 5 g/m2 was 44.38%,73.75%and 88.13%for 1,3 and 7 days,respectively.Two of the 15 fishes died after 6 days after 2.5 g/m^(3).Conclusion Leaching and spraying 4%TDS DP had certain killing effect on hilly snail.With the extension of the treatment time,the effect of snail killing increased.The toxicity of 4%TDS to fish occurred slowly,and lower than the fish toxicity of WPN.
